Your first-game manifest
Three categories keep the shopping question in proportion.
One complete set
A modern American set normally supplies 152 active tiles, four racks, dice, and storage. The host usually provides the set and table surface.
Mat and pushers
A mat protects the table and softens sound. Pushers help move walls. Both can improve comfort, but neither defines the game.
